With years of experience in education in the field of management and events. He has had the pleasure of working all over Europe in the field of stage management before bringing his knowledge and skills back to the workforce in the Midlands. Over the years Simon has working in schools and higher education establishments as a teacher and trainer before moving into the management field of education managing both small and large teams for national training companies and city centre colleges. Originally qualifying in 2004 as an assessor in the world of apprenticeships, he moved up the education and career advancement to management.


After taking an opportunity to work in the commercial education sector as curriculum manager which moved to college manager Simon was responsible for a team that created course material using his vocational skills and experience to develop courses and assessments for online colleges. Courses designed included Psychology, Counselling, Early Childhood and Education. Simon was able to gain approval from the National Counselling Society, the first online college to achieve this. Simons course designs won awards such as the “best use of blended learning” and “best online distance learning course” within the teaching assistants areas of education.  



Simon’s high level of emotional intelligence enable him to successful talent manage team members and really support those who have their own barriers to development, taking time to listen and hear the needs of not only students but his team too, inspiring, confident and a leader in communication that influence others to achieve goals that some may have thought unobtainable.
