Mental Health Support Programmes

Embedding Mental Health Support in Your Organisation

Supporting people’s mental health doesn’t just make good business sense.

We believe it is a moral duty for us all to be considerate and supportive of our own mental health and that of others - our employees, colleagues, customers, suppliers, family, friends and anyone else we come into contact with.

That's why we work closely with all our stakeholders, to help provide a positive experience. Sadly, mental health management continues to have a stigma attached to it. Some people find it hard to discuss how they are feeling and some managers are not as clear as they could be on how to manage. By providing free qualifications and support to our partners, we hope to make a difference.

Free Programmes For Our Partners

We are offering partners who enrol an apprentice with us in 2021 a free qualification of their choice from the options below. Simply choose your preferred programme and let us know so that we can enrol you onto the programme. The free qualification doesn't have to be used by the individual enrolled on the apprenticeship, but can be used for the most relevant member of the team or management.
