    Level 3 Apprenticeship

    A Learning Mentor supports learners of all ages, and all levels, to develop within a new work role. These learners may be, for example, apprentices, trainees or new recruits (ranging from young entrants, to new CEOs) in the workplace, or in any vocational learning environment.

    Key responsibilities include supporting the development of learner’s knowledge, skills and behaviours, providing practical, technical and/or pastoral support and guidance, working with others to meet learners’ development needs, progressing learners towards achieving their potential and signposting. .
