Working together to support good mental health in the workplace and beyond.
The free qualification doesn’t have to be used by the individual enrolled on the apprenticeship, but can be used for the most relevant member of the team or management.
Lisa Pearman, CEO of Exalt-Training said: “Supporting people’s mental health makes good business sense. We believe it is a moral duty for us all to be considerate and supportive of our own mental health and that of others – our employees, colleagues, customers, suppliers, family, friends and anyone else we come into contact with. That’s why we work closely with all our stakeholders, to help facilitate the tools and techniques to deal with these challenges. Now, more than ever, we should all be aware of how others are feeling and provide support where we can.”
